Hale has taught English and Social Studies in the Monadnock Regional School District since 2001, first at Monadnock Regional High School and starting in 2007 at Monadnock Community Connections. His course schedule has included grades 8-12, heterogeneous and leveled classes from non-readers to Honors, Greek to American Literature, Genesis to the New York Times.
